- Incase of stains on cover or damaged mattress cover, the cover damage cost will be chargeable during the return.
- The original packing of the mattress should be retaining to pack the mattress during returns so that there is no damage to the mattress.
- We usually process the return request within 7 business days and process the refund within 7 days of receiving the mattress at our manufacturing unit.
